Flexible spending accounts (FSAs), also known as Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), are a tax-free way to save for LASIK or other medical procedures. With an FSA, you can use pre-tax income to pay for medical-related costs. You create an interest-free financing program for yourself by taking a portion of your salary each month and depositing it into a tax-free FSA account.

Questions to LaserVue: I wear reading glasses too. Can you help?

By Root User on 08/25/2009

We can! We have two great alternatives for patients wanting to reduce their dependence on readers:

MonoVision LASIK: MonoVision LASIK is a great option for people with presbyopia. In the LASIK procedure, we correct one eye for your distance vision and the other for up-close. Many patients enjoy this option as it can eliminate the need for readers.
