How to get up to $300 off your LASIK surgery by making an online deposit now.

Make a deposit for LASIK surgery 48 hours before your evaluation, and if you are eligible for surgery, you will receive a discount equal to the amount of your deposit (up to $300) on your procedure. Here’s how it works.

1. Deposits must be made at least 48 hours prior to your initial LASIK evaluation.
2. Deposits are applicable per eye and must be made in increments of $100.
3. The discount you will receive will equal your deposit. (See chart below for deposit amounts and corresponding discounts.) Maximum deposit is $300.

4. Discounts will apply if you are deemed to be eligible for LASIK after your evaluation and decide to have the procedure performed at LaserVue.
5. If you are not a candidate for LASIK, you will receive a refund of your full deposit.
6. If you are eligible for LASIK in one eye only, and have made a deposit for both eyes, you will receive a refund of half of your deposit.
7. If you are deemed eligible for LASIK, but decide not to have the procedure at LaserVue, you will receive no refund on your deposit.
8. This discount cannot be applied to any other procedure at LaserVue or combined with any other offer.
