Clinic Director
Dr. Tseng is a Board Certified Optometrist and has received specialty training in custom refractive, cataract, and glaucoma surgery. He has extensive experience treating a number of medical eye conditions and served as the former Chief Optometrist for the U.S. Coast Guard for the entire San Francisco Bay Area. He has spearheaded multiple Aviator Refractive Surgery Programs throughout the country and is passionate about what he does.
