Patient's Comments
After 20 years of wearing contacts and glasses to function, it's amazing to be able to wake up and see the clock. Thank you!
Doctor's Comments
Christine was referred by a local doctor who had trouble getting a good fit with contacts. Generally, people who are so nearsighted have a tendency to overwear their contacts beyond the recommended wearing schedule because vision is so blurry without them. As a result, it potentially puts the corneal health at risk. After having LASIK, she doesn't have to worry about sleeping with her contacts or developing corneal ulcers related to contact lens wear anymore.
