The friendly greeting from the front desk as we walked through the door on our first visit set the tone for all future appointments. Dr. Bansal carefully explained the procedure, what to expect and most importantly, assured me that it would be pain-free. Susan was a caring and gentle nurse. She helped me feel at ease, as if I was the only patient of the day. Dr. Tseng, on post-op appointments, answered all my questions. He welcomed any questions and was very thorough with his explanations. I personally felt that everyone I met at LaserVue had my best interest and health at heart. They made me feel part of the family. Dr. Bansal--you have an amazing staff! Both procedures were a very good experience and most importantly, I can see!
