While I liked the way I looked with contacts, they were a big hassle. Glasses were less attractive, prone to smudging & scratches. Plus I couldn't justify prescription sunglasses, diving mask, and ski goggles. I was resigned to life being a bit blurry at times, and always in my peripheral vision. I'd heard about LASIK, but naturally had some trepidations. Finally I found myself with a little extra money & decided to look into it. I did research online, talked to people who'd done it and went in for a consulation at LaserVue. They were so helpful, honest, and straightforward, but most importantly, it became increasingly clear that they were both extremely competent and in possession of the best equipment. As for the procedure itself, I'll be honest, it was a bit uncomfortable and weird. But Dr. Bansal and his assistant talked me through a surprisingly quick procedure and within minutes I was on my way home. Now, less than 24 hours later, I'm seeing 20/20 with no discomfort to speak of, and my vision should improve even more. Domo Arigato!

Eric had done a substantial amount of research before he chose our center. He wanted only the best and safest technology for his eyes so he came to us asking specifically for custom Intra-LASIK, and that was exactly what he got. Having such an active lifestyle, I'm surprised myself how he had waited so long to get this done. Congratulations for achieving the vision that you've always wanted.
