During Walter's first visit with us, I sensed some degree of anxiety from him. In one way, he was frustrated with his overall vision and was looking forward to improving it any way possible; however, he was equally apprehensive about the prospect of undergoing surgery. We did a lot of education and addressed all his concerns. He felt a lot better after we walked him through the entire process.
